Before you call our support team, please have the following information ready so we can better assist you

  1. Your email, username, and password
  2. Know what brand and model of the computer you have (Windows or Mac)
  3. Know what browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, etc.)
  4. Know what operating system your computer uses (Windows XP, Mac OS X, etc.)
  5. Know what e-mail software program you are using (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.)
  6. Know what brand and model of modem you use. (The problem you are having may be due to outdated software controlling your modem.)
  7. Write down or take a screen capture of any error messages that may appear when you are online.
